Desert Rose is a crystal that can be found in the Southwest. It has a very healing quality to it that helps calm worries and promote mental clarity. This stone embodies strength and has a soft energy to help sooth and calm the emotional and mental body. I grew up in Arizona in the Mojave Desert. It felt like the perfect name for my practice. 

I moved to the Portland/Vancouver area in 2015 in the dreams of becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist and experience the Pacific Northwest with all of its beauty and wonderful energy it brings your mind, body and soul. I believe massage therapy coincides with these feelings and it opened a whole new world to me, coming from a very small town in the desert. I have found the perfect career for myself and I couldn't be more happy about that. I love to offer a judgement free zone where people can come and be themselves and receive therapeutic time that is designed based on their wants and needs for their bodies. Using a variety of techniques to help release tension, knots and stress. Whether you come for monthly maintenance or for targeted pain issues, I am always working hard to give the best service I can to each person. I may ask if you would like to try some of my massage tools if I feel it will help your progress or mobility. I may also offer simple stretches that will be done during your massage and show some to do at home to keep things moving. I look forward to giving you my undivided attention and knowledge to help further your wellness journey with someone you can trust.
